The head of recruitment for Britain’s Royal Air Force recently resigned to protest the hiring freeze of white men in favor of women and ethnic minorities, according to a report. Defense sources told Sky News the officer resigned over concerns the alleged policy would undermine the RAF’s combat capabilities. SCOTTISH MAN APPOINTED ‘POVERTY Czar’ CAUSES WOMEN TO RAGE “The only thing that should matter in recruitment is the content of your character,” not your gender or the color of your skin, the spokesman said in a statement to the media. “That the Ministry of Defense would allow Britain’s security to be jeopardized by a bid for so-called ‘diversity’ is not only disgraceful, but dangerous.” Fox News has reached out to the RAF for clarification on the matter, as sources have given conflicting answers about the existence of the diversity policy. The RAF says it recognizes the value of a person’s ability, “regardless of their nationality, religious beliefs, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or socio-economic background”.
