Around 4pm on Tuesday, the male passenger in his 40s began arguing with a mother on an Air Busan flight from Gimpo Airport, located in Seoul, to Jeju-do, South Korea’s largest island. The man tells the mother that she shouldn’t have a child if she can’t “educate” it. He curses throughout the rant and at one point appears to take off his mask. “Bitch, who said you can have a child,” the man says to the mother. “You should apologize, bitch. As a flight attendant tries to calm the man down and put him back in his seat, the man continues to swear at the mother. “Die here then, eh?” the man is seen saying to the mother. The man is reportedly under investigation for possible violations of aviation law and could face up to three years in prison or a fine of up to 30 million won (about $22,882).
