According to Variety , the 29-year-old actor confirmed that he is dealing with “complex mental health issues” following a series of issues, including allegations of assault and abuse. “Having recently gone through a period of intense crisis, I now understand that I suffer from complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” Miller said. “I want to apologize to everyone that I have worried and upset with my previous behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to return to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.” Earlier this month, Miller was charged with felony burglary — adding to their mounting legal issues. The only stipulation, according to this scenario, is that Miller seeks professional help after returning to his family home. The Flash Movie: Who’s Who in the Cast Eventually, Miller would have to give an interview to explain their recent behavior, and it seems likely that this statement may have been issued to satisfy that deal. However, the public apology could be a sign that Warner Bros. intends to release the film regardless of its star’s behavior. It was also confirmed that The Flash and Blue Beetle are safe after the studio canceled Batgirl. Want to read more about The Flash? See which DC movies are affected by the Warner Bros. merger.
