The OPP said they are using multiple dog units, aviation services, an underwater search and recovery unit and the marine transport unit. Everett Freeman, of Sequin Township, camped with his family at Totem Pole Bay on Huckleberry Island in the waters off Georgia Bay. Everett was last seen at about 3 p.m. on August 12. The child was last seen wearing a bright green/yellow t-shirt and bathing suit and is described as:

Caucasian 4′ (122 cm) tall, About 50 pounds (23 kg) Short brown hair, brown eyes

Police are also being assisted by the McDougall and Carling Township fire departments, the Joint Rescue Coordination Center and the Canadian Coast Guard, according to a news release Saturday.
